- Lowers your risk of cancer - Studies show that eating apples regularly could reduce the risk of breast, colon and liver cancer.
- Aids weight loss - Studies show that women who ate three apples or pears per day lost more weight whilst dieting than those who ate no fruit.

Like any fitness plan the more you put into it the more you’ll get out so try to really slow down and focus on doing the moves properly. It won’t seem like much day to day but it will seriously make a big difference in the long run! To truly get the best results make sure you pair it with fat burning cardio like walking, jogging, biking or whatever you enjoy!
